Recently I went to Pembrokeshire for a hiking weekend. This time I managed to drag Jie along with me. It was a miracle to be honest as she is not into hiking at all.
On the first day we did a scenic hike from Stackpole to Manorbier.
Along the way Jie came across a couple of Pembroke sea creatures.
Somewhere on the way we bumped into an ice cream stall. While everybody went for lollies and cones, I went for the ice cream boat. It was yummy. Surprisingly there was a screwball on the menu as well.
After a long day of hiking Jie got caught up helping with making salad for the dinner. I don’t think she was that happy about it…

But after the amazing bbq dinner, she got back in the mood and showed the boys how to play pool in style 🙂
On the second day we did a circular hike around Tenby with some lovely views of the islands around.
Tenby is a beautiful coastal town
And we managed to find some crazy funny ppl in Tenby too 🙂
